At present, we only consider shipping to the UK from our store directly. Free UK delivery, over £50 applies only to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our website and shop are hosted by Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Buying Products on Our Website

By placing an order with Steeplechase Distillery, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The full payment for the price of the goods ordered must be received before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you have provided to us when creating an account. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Steeplechase Distillery Limited of your offer to buy goods or services from Steeplechase Distillery Limited, and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Steeplechase Distillery Limited are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Age Verification

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Processing your Order

Credit/Debit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Steeplechase Distillery Limited.

Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days and is complimentary over a £50 spend, as stated above. We aim to process all orders within 48hrs of receiving them, however, as we use a third party courier on occasion you may experience some delays to your order.

To purchase products from Steeplechase Distillery Limited you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipients’ age.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside the UK if you have a UK billing address for your credit or debit card, but the order must be for delivery to an address within the UK. Please be advised that whilst we ship to most locations within the UK we do not offer this service for Jersey, Guernsey, The Orkney Islands, The Isle of Scilly, Ireland or The Highlands. Please contact us directly for advice on delivery to these locations.

Availability

Reasons for returning/Refusing your goods:

• You change your mind and don’t want the product – If you decide you don’t want the product purchased, we will refund your money or exchange the product if you inform us within 7 working days after receipt of the product. The product must be returned to us with the seal unopened, in good condition and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products. Refunds will be make within 30 days of cancellation.

• The product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door - Please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it is damaged or shows any signs of leakage at all at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel, hand it back to the courier and ask them to return the goods to us. Please contact us let us know, so that we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

• The product is faulty – Any faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded to you, including the cost of delivery paid. Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the product, ideally with photographic proof, and we will refund you within 30 days of you notifying us. In certain situations, the goods may need to be returned for quality analysis. If this is the case, we will arrange for collection from you, by courier.

  Please note any reimbursement will be refunded onto the credit or debit card used by you to pay for the original purchase.
